Ever since I started using tennis balls to help release tension in my back and shoulder muscles (not to mention calf muscles) I have noticed a big shift in my posture and overall relaxation of the trapezius muscles. This means my shoulders stay down better!
Always check with your doctor and/or teachers to make sure these exercises are right for you at this point in time for what your body needs.
